We have hired skis from the same shop for over 20 years driving or flying into Lauterbrunnen from the UK. The assistant was new so she told us and opened the shop on her own but managed well and we all, got the skis we needed. My daughter fell on the first day, never does that but injured he knee and a refund or 2 days out the 4. The bindings were correct, one of those things but the shop very helpful and gave 20% off a support for the know as we are regular customers and by the long term member of staff. O)only economy skis but ran well and the 2 grandchildren had a great time. The snow not good for us old ones buy not your fault. The cost if getting higher so we wonder with the exchange rate how much long we will be able to ski in Switzerland. We love it but there are limits
