The person who served me seemed not pleased. I would say quite grumpy, wanted to be quick and done. Did so but left the shop not exactly feeling like I was a valued customer. . We have has skis from that ski hire shop for some years but service has been less good since taken over by Intersport

Steve from the Wengen Central Store knows snowboarding really well. He helped me pickup a nice board and binding setup for my riding level. I also like the network style of renting with Intersport. I managed to switch my rental gear from different shops which was super convenient.
